Arduino version installed is 1.0.3. OS is MS Windows 8 Pro x64, Visual Studio 2012 Premium from Dreamspark.
Comments: I'm getting this very weird error (actually it's that error when you don't have connection, but mine is fine for sure) I tried command line, safe mode, etc. and finally gave up after half a day. I'm using Windows 8.1 RTM so there isn't much on internet yet about this (since it will be released mid oct.) Oh, about installer, could you retarget another solution that would be for vs 2012/2013 and leave <= 2010 at .net 3.5 that would be great! (or could you at least create source code so that i can build it) I'm getting "Error 1001. InstallUtilLib.dll. Unknown error."
