Commented Issue: Trouble installing [66]

Tried numerous versions of the .msi file; none worked.

Error code: 1001.

InstallUtilLib.dll: Unknown Error.

Arduino version installed is 1.0.3. OS is MS Windows 8 Pro x64, Visual Studio 2012 Premium from Dreamspark.

Comments: Hello, can I ask why you are unable to download .net3.5? If we change the installer to 4 we will have to remove support for Visual Studio 2008 so it would help to know why this is required. Thanks
